Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and peanut butter. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy. Stir together the baking powder, salt, and flour. Slowly add to the creamed mixture. Stir in the Reese's pieces, peanuts, and candy corn by hand. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-27 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
