Easy Lemon Danish
Easy Lemon Danish
4 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1/4 C. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. lemon juice
1 tube crescent rolls
Cream together the cheese, sugar and egg yolk. Stir in the vanilla and lemon juice. Separate the crescent rolls and spoon a little of the cream cheese over each piece. Loosely roll them up and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake them in a 350 degree oven for 14 minutes. Remove and drizzle with topping.
Topping
3 T. confectioners sugar
few drops of milk
Stir until smooth.
