Skillet Green Beans with Dill Herbed Butter
1 pound green beans ends trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
For the Dill Herbed Butter
4 tablespoons salted butter softened
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 bunch fresh dill minced
Pat green beans dry with a paper towel and set aside. Drizzle olive oil into medium skillet set over medium heat. Add green beans, kosher salt, and black pepper. Cook the green beans until they are just tender, but still crisp, tossing the green beans occasionally using tongs. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, cream together butter, salt, pepper, and dill. Spoon the Dill Herbed Butter onto the hot green beans and serve.
