Pineapple Cooler

Pineapple Cooler 2 cups chunked pineapple 2-½ cups ice ½ cup half & half ¼ cup confectioners sugar Additional pineapple chunks for garnish opt Place all ingredients in blender & blend on high speed for at least 90-120 seconds or until all ice is crushed & mixture is like a slushie. Garnish with additional pineapple chunk if desired Enjoy immediately.
