Crock Pot Chicken & Noodles
Crock Pot Chicken & Noodles (Super easy)
4 boneless chicken breasts (frozen) or thighs/legs works too
2 cans cream of chicken soup
two 15 oz cans chicken broth
1 stick butter
24 oz frozen egg noodles (must be egg noodles to avoid becoming mushy..I use Reames noodles)
Cook all but noodles on low 6-7 hours or on high 4 hours. Take chicken out, shred and put back in. Add noodles & cook 2 hours ..stir once. Serve over mashed potatoes with green beans or sides of choice.
TIP: Don't forget to use a slow cooker bag to make clean up a sna
