Marinated Salad
Marinated Salad
1 large cucumber
1 small to med size red onion, sliced and separated into rings
8 small cocktail tomatoes sliced, you can use any kind
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon chile powder
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss well to mix.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
