Baby Butter Brussels sprouts
Brussels Sprouts
1/2 stick butter
2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely sliced
Sea Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Peel off outer layer of tough leaves from the sprouts and trim the stalks. Place the sprouts in a steamer and cook for 6 minutes until tender but still retaining some bite.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the sprouts, garlic, salt and pepper and toss for a couple of minutes until well covered. Serve immediately
