CREAMY CAULIFLOWER BROCCOLI SALAD
CREAMY CAULIFLOWER BROCCOLI SALAD
3 cups fresh cauliflower florets
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
¼ cup diced red onion
3-4 slices crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
Dressing:
1½ cups mayonnaise
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbs water
¼ tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower, broccoli and red onion together.
Add dressing, using only as much as you need--you may not have to use the entire amount.
Fold in the bacon.
Cover and chill for about 2-4 hours before serving.
Any remaining dressing may be stored, covered, in the fridge and used for other salads.
