Spiced Nuts
Spiced Nuts
2 C. nuts (I used spanish peanuts, cocktail nuts and walnuts, use what you like to eat)
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Add the nuts to a bowl, add in the olive oil and toss to coat. Add the spices and again, toss to coat well. Spread out on an baking sheet and place in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove and allow the nuts to cool completely before storing.
