Crescent Roll Cheesecake
Crescent Roll Cheesecake
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, separated
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
Do NOT grease pan!
Beat cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until creamy. Lay out 1 package crescent rolls in bottom of 9 inch x 13
inch pan Put cream cheese mixture on top. Put second package crescent rolls on top. Brush top with egg white
and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until browned.
