Parmesan Dusted Cauliflower
Parmesan Dusted Cauliflower
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
4 garlic cloves, peeled & smashed
2 tsp dried basil (or thyme)
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425
Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet with foil
In a bowl toss florets with olive oil, garlic, basil & pepper
Lay onto baking sheet in a single layer
Roast for 20 minutes, tossing once
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, toss to combine and roast for an additional 20 minutes until florets start to brown and are tender
