Beer Rice
1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 cups boiling water
2 chicken bouillion cubes, optional
1 bottle (12 0z.) beer, (I used Corona)
1 1/2 cups raw rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Dissolve bouillion cubes in boiling water in large saucepan. Stir in everything else and bring to a second boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until liquid has been absorbed.
Serve with hot wings, or fried chicken
