FIESTA RANCH DIP

FIESTA RANCH DIP 16 oz Sour Cream original or Zesty Jalapeno flavor 10 oz canned diced tomatoes with green chillis 15 oz southwestern corn 1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix (or 3 tbsp) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese In a large bowl, add sour cream, tomato & green chili mix, southwestern corn, dry ranch mix, and cheddar cheese. If desired, set aside 1-2 tablespoons of corn, cheese, and tomato to garnish the top of the dip. Thoroughly mix ingredients together, taste testing to make sure the ranch has distributed evenly. Serve dip immediately in a serving bowl of your choice with tortilla chips for dipping. If you reserved any ingredients for garnish, decorate the top of the dip as you see fit. Dip can be made in advance and stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
