MARINATED VEGGIE SALAD
MARINATED VEGGIE SALAD
What you'll need:
1 can Shoepeg corn
1 can TINY green peas
1 jar pimientos
1 small can of water chestnuts ( fine chop)
Drain all the above and place in a bowl.
Add:
1 cup fine cut celery
1 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1 purple onion, finely diced
Add to the bowl with other veggies.
DRESSING:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
Pour over veggies, stir and marinate at least 12 hours.
