Easy Sausage and Potato Soup
1 lb Pork Sausage Regular
16 oz frozen hash-brown potatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz) can Chicken Broth
2 cups water
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Cream of Celery Soup, undiluted
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Cream of Chicken, undiluted
2 cups milk
Shredded cheese for garnish
Brown the sausage and onions in a 4 quart Dutch oven until the pork is cooked and no longer pink. Add the hash browns, Great Value Chicken Broth, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in soups and milk. Cook stirring often until the soup is hot.
Serve topped with fresh cracked pepper and shredded cheese if desired.
