Ranch Fiesta Dip

Ranch Fiesta Dip 1 red bell pepper 1 jalapeno pepper 2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese (brought to room temp) 1 small can of black olives 1 can of corn (drained) 1 packet of ranch Ranch dip seasoning mix First remove seeds from jalapeno pepper. Dice your bell pepper, jalapeno, and black olives and add to a mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese, corn, and ranch mix to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are combined well. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with pita chips, pretzels, carrots or tortilla chips
