Fried Cabbage

Fried Cabbage head of cabbage shredded or chopped 6 slices of bacon crumbled 1 package of kielbasa sausage cut in chunks or slices red pepper flakes (optional) Fry your bacon first and remove it from grease. Fry the kielbasa in the bacon grease Add your cabbage and and a little water and cook covered until cabbage is at desired tenderness…I don’t cook mine very long because I like it a little crunchy. Stir in crumbled bacon and red pepper flakes
