Hot Jalapeno Corn Dip
1 cup sour cream
4oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup salsa (any variety)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can (15.25oz) Fiesta style corn (with red/green peppers)
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
In a large bowl, combine all but 1/2 cup of cheese. Mix and pour into a 1qt baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
You can microwave this dip too, heat until warm and cheese is melted, time varies by microwave.
