FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE
2 pie crusts
3/4 C sugar
2TBS cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C water
3 C blueberries
1 TBS lemon juice
In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and water. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Stir in blueberries and lemon juice. Pour into bottom crust, cover with top crust.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes
