FRIED LEMON PEPPER PORK CHOPS
2 cups lemon pepper Japanese bread crumbs (panko)
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cup buttermilk
3 whole eggs
Combine eggs and milk
Season pork chops with salt and pepper
Bread pork chops
Flour
Egg/milk mixture
Bread crumbs
Then fry in vegetable oil until brown
They will be crispy on the outside and tender and juicy in the inside
