Lemon Bar Dip
Lemon Bar Dip
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
11 oz lemon curd
1 cup powdered sugar
lemon zest for topping (optional)
short bread cookies or graham crackers for serving
Blend all the ingredients together and serve.
This can be made ahead and stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
