Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes
6 Baking Potatoes
Oil
Kosher Salt
Toppings of your choice!
Scrub baked potatoes and rinse but don’t dry. Place each potato on a piece of aluminum foil. Poke holes in each potato with a fork. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle all over with kosher salt. Ball up a few pieces of aluminum foil and place in the bottom of the slow cooker. Next, put foil wrapped potatoes in the slow cooker on top of the foil balls. Cover and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours. Turn to warm until ready to serve. Top with all your favorite potato toppings or last nights leftovers
