Marinated Pork
Marinated Pork
1/2 cup white wine or sauterne
2 to 3 drops liquid smoke
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 lbs. pork tenderloin, round steak or 2 inch thick steak
Mix first 5 ingredients in glass casserole or marinating container; add trimmed meat. Marinate overnight. Using indirect barbecue method, grill meat for about 1 hour, basting occasionally with marinade. Slice thinly and serve Makes a great sandwich served cold
