Lemon Whipper Snappers
Nonstick cooking spray
1 pkg. lemon cake mix, preferably not extra moist or pudding style
2 eggs
2 cups whipped topping
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Mix the cake mix, eggs and whipped topping in a large bowl. Shape by tablespoonful's into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Put on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, being careful not to overbrown. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray before reusing each time. Makes 2 to 3 dozen cookies.
These taste like little cakes.
