Cheesy Flat Bread
1 loaf frozen bread dough
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 to 3 t. paprika
1/2 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. dried basil
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Allow frozen dough to thaw in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Pat thawed bread dough onto bottom and up the sides of a greased 14-inch pizza pan, forming a crust.
Spread with butter and sprinkle with herbs. Prick the crust; then sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. Bake at 375 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings, and bake until heated through. Or serve as is for dipping into soup or spaghetti sauce
