Easy Spice Cookies

Easy Spice Cookies 1 box of Spice Cake Mix 1/3 cup oil 2 eggs powdered sugar for dusting. Mix cake mix, oil and eggs. Form into 1 inch balls. Flatten with a fork in the fashion shown (criss cross) Bake at 375°F for 6-8 minutes. Let cool slightly but not all the way. Dust with powdered sugar Easy because the base is a box cake mix. You can actually mix this up by using different flavors of cake mix when you need to whip up some cookies fast.
