FRITO CORN SALAD
FRITO CORN SALAD
2 cans corn drained (12-14oz each) or 3 cups fresh corn off the cob
1/2 red pepper diced
1/2 green pepper diced
1/2 red onion diced
4 oz can diced jalapenos drained
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
5 oz fritos chips
Combine all ingredients except Fritos in a large bowl and mix well.
Just before serving, stir in Fritos.
