TILAPIA FISH TACOS 6 Tilapia Fillets Olive Oil Taco Shells Spinach Mrs. Dash or seasoning of your choice Season filets Add olive oil to pan Add filets to hot pan Cook on each side 3-4 minutes. Take off heat and place filets on spare plate Add spinach to taco shell Flake half a filet for each taco. They are ready to eat
