Cheesy Fiesta Peppers
1, 8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (you can also use Pepper Jack Cheese)
2 tsp Perfect Pinch, Garlic and Herb (salt free) Seasoning
8 sweet mini peppers, cut in half and de-seeded
Soften cream cheese
Wash and de-seed peppers and cut in half (lengthwise)
Combine shredded cheese with cream cheese and smooth together. Add 2 tsp seasoning
Stuff mini peppers with cream cheese mixture
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
The peppers will still be crispy to the bite.
