Rolo Banana Bread
BEAT IN MIXER:
12 TABLESPOONS BUTTER AND 4 OUNCES SOFT CREAM CHEESE.
ADD:
1C. SUGAR, 1/4 TSP. VANILLA AND 1 EGG,
ADD:
1 1/2C. FLOUR
1/4 TSP. SALT
1/4 TSP. BAKING SODA
1/4 TSP. BAKING POWDER
AND BLEND ON LOW.
STIR IN BY HAND:
3/4C. MASHED BANANAS (ABOUT 2)
1 BAG OF ROLO MINIS (CAN MIX WITH 1 T. FLOUR IF NERVOUS THEY WILL SINK)
POUR INTO A WELL GREASED 9X5 LOAF PAN AND BAKE 60-70 MINS AT 350. I COVERED MINE WITH FOIL THE LAST 10 MINS TO PREVENT OVER BROWNING. COOL ON A RACK AND REMOVE FROM PAN.
