No Crust Buttermilk Pie
1 C. buttermilk
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. salted butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 C. bisquick, sifted after measuring
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into an ungreased 8" pie plate (9" can be used, it will just be a little thinner when cut). Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
