Crispy Baked Chicken Drummettes
2 1/2 lbs. drummettes, patted dry with paper towels
my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
cajun seasoning
Place a cooling rack over a baking sheet lined with tinfoil. Spray the rack good with cooking spray. Place the drummettes on the rack then season them liberally with the house seasoning and cajun seasoning. Bake them in a 425 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove and turn them over, baking 25 - 30 more minutes.
