Mini Sweet Pepper Poppers
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
15 slices Bacon, Uncooked and cut in half
15 Mini Sweet Peppers, Sliced in half, seeds removed
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese , and garlic salt until thoroughly combined.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into halved mini sweet peppers and press into the peppers so it’s somewhat even.
Wrap one half-piece of bacon around each halved mini sweet pepper, holding together with a wooden toothpick.
Place on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes.
