Jalapeno Popper Guacamole
Jalapeno Popper Guacamole
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 avocados
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Mash together the cream cheese and avocado in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in lime juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir in jalapeno, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
Recipe Notes
If you don't want the jalapeno to be crunchy, you can cook it in the leftover bacon grease until soft. Or you can use canned jalapenos instead of fresh.
