Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge
1 cup butter
4½ cups brown sugar
1 cup of milk
1½ cups peanut butter, smooth
2 tsp vanilla
7 cups powdered sugar
1 bag peanut butter chips
First you'll melt the butter on the stove on medium heat.
Then you'll stir in the milk & brown sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Bring that mixture to a boil & boil for about 2 minutes.
Stir frequently so your milk will not burn.
Remove from the heat & stir in both the peanut butter & the vanilla.
Then you'll pour the mixture over your powdered sugar in a large metal mixing bowl. Be careful it will be hot!
Then you'll beat until smooth.
Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
Then you'll sprinkle an entire bag of peanut butter chips over the top & gently pressed them down into the fudge with a large spoon.
Chill in the refrigerator until firm, & then cut into squares.
