Honey Mustard Pork Chops
Honey Mustard Pork Chops
1/4 cup honey
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
2 -3 Tablespoons olive oil + more if needed
4 boneless center cut pork chops ( cut about 1/2-3/4-inch thick)
salt and pepper
This recipe is for 4 pork chops. Double if you need more.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, ginger, cinnamon and clove and mix well.
Use a large skillet and heat the oil over med-high heat. Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper; cook 2 minutes on each side, or until browned, drain the oil. You want to sear them on high heat.
Reduce the heat to med-low; add honey mustard mixture and cook for 10 minutes, or until done, turning the chops once.
