Crock Pot Chicken Teriyaki
Crock Pot Chicken Teriyaki
1 lb chicken, sliced
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. Teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
3 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp corn starch
Place chicken in bottom of crock pot then in separate bowl whisk together remaining ingredients except cornstarch. Pour over chicken in crock pot.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
When chicken is cooked through remove crock-pot cover, stir corn starch into chicken and sauce until combined. Let cook until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice.
