Pork Chop and Rice Bake
¼ cup flour
6 pork chops
1 cup uncooked rice (long grain)
1 chopped onion
1 bell pepper
3 cups water
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
Instructions
Dredge pork chops in flour, and brown in skillet. Set aside.
In a bowl mix: rice, onion, bell pepper, water and salt and pepper. Pour into a casserole dish. Pour undiluted mushroom soup over the rice layer.
Place pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes
