Hearty Taco Dip
1 lb Ground beef
1 small Onion, diced
1 Pepper to taste
8 oz Bottled taco sauce
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 cup Water
1 medium Tomato, chopped
1 small Green pepper, chopped
2 cans Sliced black olives (2 1/4 oz)
In a large saucepan, cook beef and onion until cooked through, sprinkle with pepper to taste. Drain.
Add water, taco sauce and velveeta cheese to pan. Hear over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
Stir in tomatoes, green pepper and olives.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
