Spice for Grilling Vegetables
2 tbsp. granulated garlic
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. table salt
Mix all the spices in a small bowl. Add as much spice to the vegetables as you want and keep the rest in a sealed container. Should last 2 or 3 months.
After you have seasoned the vegetables, add about 2 tbsp. of olive oil to the bowl and mix well to coat the vegetables.
