Slow Cooker Rigatoni Pizza Casserole
1 16 oz pkg. Rigatoni pasta
1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1 small onion chopped
4 cups of mozzarella shredded cheese
2 15 oz cans of pizza sauce
1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Cook your pasta...meanwhile brown your ground beef and chopped onion. Drain your pasta and place it in your crock pot
In a med. bowl ....mix your pizza sauce, cream of mushroom, shredded cheese, pepperoni and hamb.
After it is mixed well..then transfer it to the crockpot and mix well with pasta.....cook on low setting for 2 -3 hours
