Quick & Easy Cheese Steak Sandwich

Quick & Easy Cheese Steak Sandwich 1 T. olive oil 14 oz. shaved beef steak 1 medium onion, halved and sliced 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and sliced 1 T. liquid steak marinade (like Dales or Moore's) 6 sliced provolone cheese Heat the oil in a skillet over med. high heat. Add the steak, onions, peppers and steak marinade. Cook for 8-10 minutes, tossing as it cooks. Place the cheese on top and when it begins to melt, stir it into the mixture. Serve on your favorite sandwich bun.
