Crispy Baked Chicken Skin
cooked skin from boiled chicken
my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
smoked paprika
salt
Pat the skin dry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season each piece of skin with a little of each seasoning. Place a second piece of parchment paper over the top of the skin and then a lightweight baking sheet on top of the parchment paper. Place in a 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, until golden and crispy.
