Tortilla Snack Strips

Tortilla Snack Strips 3, 8" flour tortillas 3 T. vegetable oil 1 tsp. garlic sea salt 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. chili powder Slice the tortillas, using a pizza cutter, into 1" strips. In a mixing bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients. Place the tortilla strips in the bowl and use your hands to toss and coat in the mixture. Place the strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Let cool and place in a ziploc bag or airtight container. Will keep up to a week.
