CRISPY CRAB NUGGETS
1 # crab meat
3 slices of white bread, crust removed
1 egg beaten
1 T mayonnaise
1 t Dijon mustard
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 T Old Bay Seasoning
1 T parsley
Make breadcrumbs in food processor.
Mix egg, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning in lg bowl.
Add breadcrumbs and crab meat; gently mix by hand to avoid breaking up too many lumps.
Shape into 24 balls; fry in batches in hot oil until golden brown, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with your favorite sauce (i.e., mix of plain yogurt, garlic powder & chives; cocktail sauce, lemon butter, etc).
