Crock Pot BBQ Chicken and Broccoli
1 medium onion, sliced
5 chicken thighs
12 oz. frozen broccoli florets
1 C. bbq sauce (mine was a vinegar and mustard base sauce)
1/2 C. italian salad dressing
Spray your crock pot with cooking spray. Spread the onions in the bottom, top with the chicken then the broccoli. Pour the bbq sauce and italian dressing over that. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Serve with rice.
