Air Fryer Center Cut Pork Chops
Air Fryer Center Cut Pork Chops
2, bone-in thick cut center cut pork chops (1" thick)
1 1/2 T. olive oil
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Place the pork chops in a ziploc bag. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour in the bag. Rub to combine and place in the fridge for 2 hours. Pull out of the fridge 30 minutes before ready to cook. Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees for 2 minutes. Spray the basket of your air fryer with a little cooking spray and add the pork chops. Cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, remove and turn the pork chops over, bake at 400 degrees for an additional 8 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Internal temp. should read 145 degrees after resting. Mine were just a hair over 1" and the 16 minutes cooking time was just long enough.
