S'MORE BANANAS PLEASE

S'MORE BANANAS PLEASE You will need 3 medium bananas 1 cup of dark chocolate chips 2 tsp shortening 6 graham crackers crushed 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows... (I used the ones that come with hot chocolate) You could make many different variations using the toppings of your choice Cut each banana in 6 pieces insert a toothpick into each piece and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet... place in freezer for an hour. In Microwave melt chocolate chips and shortening... stir well ....Dip banana pieces in chocolate then in graham cracker crumbs and marshmallow. Place back on sheet and freeze at least 30 min.
