Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies 1 1/2 cups white sugar 2 eggs 1 cup butter softened to room temperature 2 tsp vanilla extract 2/3 cup cocoa powder 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 12 oz peanut butter chips Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the sugar, eggs, softened butter and vanilla extract. Slowly stir the cocoa powder into the batter. Fold the flour and baking soda into the batter. Add in the 12 oz of peanut butter chips. Scoop the cookie dough, 1 tablespoon at a time and place about 2-3" a part onto a baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
