FIRECRACKER CHICKEN

FIRECRACKER CHICKEN 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon course all purpose seasoning 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil 2/3 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons hot sauce 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1/3 cup water Preheat oven to 400 Season chicken on both sides with course all purpose seasoning In an oven safe skillet heat heat olive oil over medium heat Cook chicken on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly browned While chicken is browning whisk remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined Pour brown sugar sauce over browned chicken and place into oven Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes or until chicken is just cooked through, making sure to not over cook it Remove and let stand for 5 minutes before severing, spooning sauce over chicken as you serve it
